We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing clients and new prospects, with the goal of generating leads and driving sales.
- This position requires excellent spoken English skills and is perfect for a self-starter with strong communication abilities and a passion for helping customers find the best security solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing clients and new prospects to promote our security camera installation services.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, answer questions, and address client concerns with clarity and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments for consultations and installations, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to sale.
- Collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on product offerings and ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on fluent spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of security systems and CCTV cameras is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
