We are looking forward to adding highly motivated individuals with excellent command in spoken & written English as well as listening who can handle queries related to the Security Cameras System (DVR, NVR, IP Cameras Etc.) & Other Daily assigned tasks from the Operations Manager for USA clients (particularly Los Angeles, CA) via phone & emails. Ideal Candidate will have a background of computer networking.
- FDS Communications, an International company is looking for energetic and dedicated candidates who possess good English communication skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Candidates having experience of inbound/outbound calling and web-based services are encouraged to apply.

Duties & Tasks:
- Respond to customers professionally to provide technical support or obtain details of complaints.
- Provide customer support & technical query resolution via phone & email.
- Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Provide guidelines to customers according to the set procedures and regulations.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Enhance organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Project management, record keeping, and reporting.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
- Offer alternative & smart solutions in order to meet accuracy & timeline.
- Take all necessary measures to ensure client satisfaction.
- Give your 100% to all task assigned by Manager on daily basis.
- Take responsibility of all tasks assigned.
