  • Provide customer support & technical queries resolution via phone & email
  • Project management, record keeping, and reporting
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
  • Offer alternative & smart solutions in order to meet accuracy & timeline
  • Take all necessary measures to ensure client satisfaction
  • Speaks fluent English

This is a very challenging position which requires the position holder to be present in the office from 08pm – 05am, Monday-Friday
