We are looking forward to adding a highly motivated individual who can handle queries related to the CCTV System for international clients (particularly USA) via phone & emails.
Duties & Tasks:
-Provide customer support & technical queries resolution via phone & email
-Project management, record keeping, and reporting
-Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
-Offer alternative & smart solutions in order to meet accuracy & timeline
-Take all necessary measures to ensure client satisfaction
-Speaks fluent English
Note: This is a very challenging position which requires the position holder to be present in the office from 09 PM – 06 AM, Monday-Friday
