We are looking for experienced and results-oriented Final Expense Closers to join our team. In this role, you will engage with pre-qualified leads, build trust with clients, and successfully close final expense insurance policies over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at handling objections, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with pre-qualified leads to understand customer needs effectively.
- Clearly and professionally present final expense insurance plans to clients.
- Confidently handle objections and guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Efficiently close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, sales, and customer information.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a closer in a Final Expense campaign is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong objection-handling and closing techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems.
- Professional attitude combined with a strong work ethic.
