PRIME BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and confident Front-End Verifier (SVC) to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis in Rawalpindi. This position operates during night shifts and is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in the BPO industry. The role requires excellent English communication skills and a strong desire to build a successful career within the BPO sector. The primary responsibility is to verify sales on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Confirm client information and device or service details professionally and thoroughly.
- Ensure all required documentation and call recordings meet established quality standards.
- Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all verified sales transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and quality assurance teams to support overall campaign success.
- Adhere strictly to company compliance policies and procedures at all times.
- Achieve daily and weekly verification targets to meet team goals.
- Be available to work overtime or stay back for additional training, performance improvement, or to meet targets when required.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience working as a verifier in a BPO environment, preferably on any campaign.
- Excellent English communication skills, including strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies and errors.
- Professional attitude with strong customer handling skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
