PRIME BPO is seeking a detail-oriented and confident FE Verifier (SVC) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Rawalpindi. This night shift role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of BPO experience, particularly those who have worked as verifiers and possess excellent English communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Professionally confirm client information and device/service details.
- Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and quality assurance teams.
- Strictly adhere to company compliance policies.
- Meet daily and weekly verification targets.
- Be available to work overtime or stay back for additional training or performance improvement when required.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year BPO experience as a verifier on any campaign is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Professional attitude and effective customer handling skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
