· Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
· Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
· Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
· Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
· Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
· Advise senior management on investment prospects for internal projects, acquisitions, government projects, and multinational partnerships based on the analysis of success potential
· Evaluate and suggest improvements in acquired companies/projects/products
· Own overall profit and loss responsibility for product/projects assigned and set the strategic direction for all branding and marketing initiatives
· Evaluate product advertising needs and work with 3rd parties to create campaigns
· Move product through life cycle - development, introduction, growth, maturity, decline and end of life
· Maximize revenue by managing margin, pricing and costs
· Training of sales team and capacity building
· Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
