Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally as a Receptionist, handling basic administrative tasks and managing communications effectively.
- Provide security supervision by monitoring premises, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and cargo as a Security Supervisor or Security Officer.
- Operate security systems and maintain logs to support the protection of FedEx assets and sensitive vaccine shipments.
- Manage supply chain hub operations by overseeing timely processing and handling of vaccine shipments, coordinating with different logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with company protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate dispatch activities by preparing shipment documentation, scheduling deliveries, and tracking the movement of vaccine consignments.
- Drive courier vehicles responsibly and safely, following legal and company regulations, utilizing either LTV or HTV licenses as required.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work environment as a Sweeper, maintaining high standards to support smooth operational flow.
- Use basic computer applications to support daily tasks, including data entry, communication, and record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively within the team and with external partners to facilitate smooth supply chain processes.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, operational procedures, and company policies relevant to logistics and security functions.
