Applications are invited for a one-year CT/PET Fellowship program designed for radiologists who have successfully completed their training and passed the FCPS examination. This fellowship offers an immersive clinical experience focused on PET CT imaging, combined with active involvement in related research activities. The program operates across two state-of-the-art PET CT facilities: one located in the SKM main department in Lahore, equipped with an onsite cyclotron, and the other at the Karachi Diagnostic Centre (KDC). All image reporting is centralized in Lahore, supported by advanced dedicated workstations and a robust remote image link. The department is fully filmless, utilizing a Hospital Information System and Radiology Information System (RIS) integrated with PACS technology. Fellows will benefit from an excellent research environment, with plans underway to launch a dedicated Journal of Cancer and Allied Specialties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured rotations within diagnostic radiology, with a primary focus on PET CT imaging.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of PET CT, including image acquisition, performance, interpretation, and supervision of departmental protocols and safety measures.
- Actively engage in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings covering a broad spectrum of adult and pediatric oncological cases, including lymphoma and bone marrow transplant (BMT) patients.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical excellence and contribute to ongoing research initiatives within the department.
- Produce at least one peer-reviewed publication during the fellowship year, reflecting active research involvement.

Required Qualifications:
- MBBS degree (essential).
- FCPS or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in Radiology (essential).
- Valid registration with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) or Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) (essential).
