Aesthetics Lab by Tibbi is a premium skincare and aesthetics clinic committed to delivering evidence-based, result-driven treatments within a professional and hygienic setting. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skin types and conditions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work confidently with clinical equipment and cosmetic products. This role requires dedication to client care, attention to detail, and a professional attitude to help maintain our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough skin consultations and analyses to understand client concerns. Recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual needs while building trust through professional guidance and education.

Performing Aesthetic Treatments: Administer a variety of non-invasive facial and body treatments including HydraFacial, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, BB Glow, PRP, and Chemical Peels. Operate aesthetic machines and devices following proper protocols, and maintain detailed records of client services and progress.

Hygiene & Clinic Standards: Adhere strictly to hygiene, sterilization, and infection control protocols. Ensure all tools, machines, and treatment rooms are cleaned before and after each client session. Maintain a calm, safe, and client-focused environment at all times.

Product Knowledge & Retail Support: Recommend skincare products based on individual client needs. Stay informed about in-house product lines and ingredients. Support retail sales targets through genuine client education and product recommendations.

Team Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with doctors, fellow aestheticians, and the front desk team to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings. Submit treatment reports and feedback regularly to the Branch Manager.

Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of various skin types, conditions, and aesthetic treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, polite, and client-focused demeanor
- Comfortable handling clinical equipment and cosmetic products
- Detail-oriented with high ethical standards and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Aesthetician (preferred)
- Willingness to travel 100% (preferred)
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 45,000 to Rs 50,000
- Work location: In-person at the clinic
