Female Architects & Interior Designer Team Lead — Lahore

Spaces & Places is seeking a dedicated Female Architecture & Interior Design Team Lead to oversee and inspire our design team while managing a variety of residential and commercial projects. This full-time, on-site role is based at our office in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in architecture and interior design, coupled with leadership skills to guide a team of designers toward delivering creative and timely project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a design team of 6 to 10 members, ensuring high-quality output and collaboration.
- Review architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings to maintain design standards and accuracy.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating multiple residential and commercial projects simultaneously.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the design team, facilitating clear communication and project alignment.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to support their professional growth and enhance team performance.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design post-graduation.
- Proven experience in team leadership and managing design teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design principles.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in key design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and one or more rendering tools such as Lumion, D5 Render, or Enscape.
