Female Back Office Support

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented female candidate for a full-time back office support role within the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong Excel skills, and demonstrate excellent typing speed and communication abilities. This position operates on a night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM and is based in Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. Previous experience in back office support is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient back office support by handling data entry and basic data analysis tasks using Excel.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all typing and documentation activities.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, to support internal teams and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during the night shift.
- Manage routine administrative tasks and assist in customer support functions as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication skills, with confident speaking and writing abilities. An American accent is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and perform basic data analysis.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Female candidates only, to align with specific team dynamics.
- Availability to work full-time during the night shift hours of 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Willingness to work on-site at the designated location in Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi.
