Female Branch Manager

Aesthetics Lab is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee daily operations within its Clinical Operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of client service and clinical compliance. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to drive branch performance, support client retention, and coordinate effectively with various departments at headquarters. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to PKR 65,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflow.
- Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary team including doctors, aestheticians, receptionists, and support staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming standards, and manage shift rosters.
- Ensure excellent client service by addressing complaints promptly and monitoring client feedback.
- Track sales performance, work towards achieving branch targets, and support client retention strategies.
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor inventory levels, equipment functionality, and overall branch maintenance.
- Coordinate with Human Resources, Commercial Operations, Sales, Accounts, and other headquarters departments.
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Promote professional conduct, discipline, and accountability throughout the branch.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in branch management or clinic administration.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and digital management systems.

- Ability to work within the specified branch location and adhere to the working hours of 12 PM to 9 PM.
