We are seeking a motivated and confident Female Vendors Onboarding Officer to join our team. The role involves identifying, approaching, and onboarding vendors such as salons, beauty parlours, and aesthetic clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with business owners, clearly communicating the benefits of our services, and expanding our vendor network through consistent market visits. This position requires a results-driven individual who can work independently and meet onboarding targets while maintaining accurate records and providing valuable market feedback.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential vendors within the salons, beauty parlours, and aesthetic clinics sector.
- Conduct regular market visits to engage with business owners and introduce the company’s services.
- Clearly explain the advantages of joining our platform and encourage vendor registration.
- Manage the entire vendor onboarding process from initial contact to completion.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors to ensure long-term engagement.
- Follow up with prospective vendors to convert leads into active partners.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of market visits, vendor leads, onboarding progress, and daily activities.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
- Monitor vendor engagement and provide necessary support throughout the onboarding journey.
- Share relevant market feedback and competitor insights with the management team to aid strategic planning.

Required Qualifications

- Must have own transport and be able to commute independently.
