Sardar Khan & Co. – Advocates & Legal Consultants, located in Gulberg 3, Lahore, is seeking a proactive and confident Female Calling Agent to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls and door-to-door outreach to promote the firm’s legal consultation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to effectively represent the firm while meeting daily and monthly lead generation targets. Office hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and the salary range is PKR 45,000 to 55,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain the firm’s legal services.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate leads and promote the firm’s offerings.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with prospective clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Identify client needs and coordinate consultations or appointments with the relevant legal team members.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls and messages to nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calling, outreach, and lead generation.
- Uphold a professional image of Sardar Khan & Co. during all client interactions.

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
