Female Calling Representative – US Campaign

We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and articulate Calling Representatives for a US-based campaign. The ideal candidates will possess strong spoken English skills with a clear American accent and demonstrate excellent conversational abilities. This role requires natural and professional communication with American customers. Both fresh graduates and experienced individuals with the right communication skills and confidence to thrive in a professional calling environment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with US-based customers via phone.
- Conduct both outbound and inbound calls as assigned by the campaign.
- Engage customers confidently while maintaining natural, professional conversations.
- Adhere to established calling procedures and campaign guidelines.
- Provide clear and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Meet assigned performance and quality targets consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- A clear American English accent is essential.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
- Confident, friendly, and professional communication style.
- Ability to manage customer conversations independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining professional standards.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.
- Previous experience in calling roles is advantageous but not required.
- No specific educational qualifications are necessary.
