Aesthetic Xpress, a premier aesthetics and wellness clinic known for delivering advanced, non-invasive skin treatments and solutions, is looking to hire a qualified Dermatologist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience and hold relevant certifications such as FCPS or MCPS in Dermatology. This full-time role is based in Islamabad’s F-7 Markaz and involves working closely with a skilled medical and aesthetic team to provide high-quality patient care and visible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures including Botox, Fillers, PRP, and Skin Rejuvenation.
- Assess and consult patients regarding their skin and aesthetic concerns, recommending appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with clinic standards.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and hygiene standards during all procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and schedule necessary follow-ups.
- Collaborate effectively with the clinic’s team to ensure seamless patient experience.
- Participate in promotional activities such as photos, videos, and testimonials, ensuring patient consent is obtained.
Required Qualifications:
- MBBS degree with specialization in Dermatology (FCPS, MCPS) or equivalent certification in Aesthetic Medicine, such as Diplomas in Aesthetic Medicine, Laser Training, or Botox/Fillers certification.
- At least 2 to 3 years of practical experience performing aesthetic procedures independently.
- Strong consultation and communication skills to effectively engage with patients.
- Ethical approach with a patient-centric focus on care and treatment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and flexibility in working hours when needed.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Doctorate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Consultant Dermatologist for a minimum of three years is advantageous.
- Attractive salary package ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 120,000 per month, complemented by procedure-based incentives that reflect experience and skill level.
