We are seeking a confident and motivated Female Customer Onboarding & Sales Executive to join our team for an onsite position based in Muslim Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging new users who have signed up on our platform, guiding them through the registration process, and encouraging timely completion of payments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively via phone and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact users who have recently signed up on the platform to assist with onboarding.
- Guide customers through completing their profiles and registration steps clearly and professionally.
- Provide detailed explanations of the process to ensure user understanding.
- Follow up consistently with users to motivate them to complete their payments.
- Address basic customer questions and concerns through calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and completed registrations for reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates between the ages of 18 and 27.
- Strong communication skills in Urdu; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfortable and confident in making outbound calls and persuading customers.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be available to work onsite at the designated location.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
- Working days are Monday through Saturday.
- Shifts available from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- The position is based in Muslim Town, Lahore.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs. 23,000 to Rs. 93,000, depending on experience and performance.
