We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing communications with customers, clients, and dealers, ensuring smooth order processing, and fostering strong relationships. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various internal departments to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer, client, and dealer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage order processing and coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding product selection, specifications, usage, and available alternatives.
- Support the sales team by preparing reports, quotations, and necessary documentation.
- Manage complaint registration, ensure timely resolution, and collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular service reports to track performance and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university in Karachi.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Prior experience in a similar Customer Relationship or Customer Service role is essential, preferably within the paint or chemical manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and email drafting.
- Ability to commute independently, as no transportation will be provided.
- Pleasant and customer-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Korangi, Landhi, Malir, Shah Faisal Colony, or nearby areas.
- This is a full-time, in-person position requiring the candidate to work from the office location.
