Female Customer Support (Calls, WhatsApp & SMS) – Remote

Finishes.pk is a fast-growing online retailer in Pakistan specializing in building materials, including SPC flooring, PVC foam boards, WPC wall panels, wallpapers, PVC wallpapers, and MDF boards. Serving a diverse clientele of homeowners, interior designers, contractors, and shop owners, the company is expanding its team. We are currently looking for a confident female sales representative to handle customer and lead communications efficiently, supporting our growth and ensuring excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to new leads and inquiries, providing clear and detailed information about products, sizes, and pricing.
- Manage customer interactions through chat platforms, including WhatsApp and SMS, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Share catalogs, quotations, and product images with prospective customers to assist their decision-making process.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders by addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Follow up persistently with undecided customers to encourage purchase decisions.
- Maintain accurate daily records of all leads, calls, and order statuses using CRM tools or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm orders and provide customers with delivery updates.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- At least six months of experience in sales, telesales, customer support, or lead handling.
- Fluency in Urdu with a good working knowledge of English.
- Comfortable making phone calls and using WhatsApp Business for communication.
- Own a laptop or PC with a reliable internet connection.
- Polite, confident, and persistent communication style.

- Fixed monthly salary of PKR 30,000.
