- Use basic Excel skills to manage order data and generate reports

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to efficiently confirm and track customer orders
- Basic proficiency in Excel for data handling and reporting
- Confidence and professionalism when interacting with customers
