Female Customer Support Representative (Female Preferred)

Zulekha Group – HJ Builders & Developers is seeking a professional, articulate, and responsible Customer Support Representative to join our team at the Gulshan-e-Maymar office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in customer calling, and the ability to manage client inquiries with patience and professionalism. Female candidates residing in Gulshan-e-Maymar or nearby areas are preferred to ensure ease of commute and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups and provide timely updates.
- Deliver accurate and clear information regarding company projects and services.
- Address customer questions and resolve routine concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including calling details and follow-up reports.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate customer inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects a positive and professional experience, reinforcing the company’s reputation.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support, call handling, or telecalling is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Urdu and basic proficiency in English.
- Confident and polite telephone manner that fosters trust and clarity.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in WhatsApp and other communication tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups effectively.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude towards work and team collaboration.
