Female Dental Assistant

Zia Dental Care & Aesthetics, located in Clifton, Bath Island, Karachi, is seeking a dedicated and professional Female Dental Assistant to join their clinical team. The role involves supporting dentists during various dental procedures in a busy clinic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent chairside assistance skills, and a professional demeanor. This position requires working Monday to Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
Provide chairside assistance to dentists throughout dental treatments including root canals, extractions, fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, scaling, and whitening procedures. Prepare and organize the dental operatory before and after each patient, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready and sterilized. Maintain strict adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols by cleaning and disinfecting instruments and treatment areas. Assist in managing patient flow and preparing patients for their procedures while delivering courteous and professional support. Coordinate effectively with dentists, receptionists, and other clinic staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Uphold clinic policies, safety guidelines, punctuality, discipline, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Required Qualifications
Female candidates only. A diploma or certification in Dental Assisting or a related clinical qualification is preferred. Previous experience as a Dental Assistant will be advantageous. Candidates must have a solid understanding of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working collaboratively within the dental team. The candidate should be well-groomed, punctual, responsible, and patient-friendly. Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, is mandatory.
