Female Digital Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, confident, and articulate female Digital Content Creator to join our team. This role focuses on producing engaging content for various social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable appearing on camera and able to communicate ideas clearly through short-form videos, reels, educational content, promotional videos, and other digital formats. A strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to represent the brand confidently on-screen are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Create original and engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Appear confidently on camera for reels, promotional videos, interviews, and other digital productions.
- Communicate ideas clearly, naturally, and articulately while on screen.
- Develop concepts, scripts, hooks, captions, and creative ideas for digital content.
- Research and stay updated on current social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.
- Present products, books, campaigns, and brand messages in an engaging and relatable manner.
- Participate actively in photoshoots and video shoots as an on-camera presenter and content creator.
- Collaborate closely with design, editorial, marketing, and social media teams to ensure cohesive content.
- Assist with video planning, shot selection, and overall content production processes.
- Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s brand identity, tone, and communication standards.
- Monitor audience engagement metrics and identify opportunities to enhance content performance.
- Maintain a consistent content schedule and meet all production deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Clear, articulate, and engaging speaking style.
- Good command of English; proficiency in Urdu is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Fresh graduates who have a reasonable knowledge of social media trends are encouraged to apply. The position offers a starting salary from Rs40,000 per month. This is an in-person role, providing an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and develop hands-on experience in digital content creation.
