Female Editor / Assistant

We are seeking a confident and skilled female Video Editor and Education Consultancy Assistant to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in video shooting and editing, with a focus on creating engaging short-form content such as Instagram Reels. Alongside content creation, this role involves supporting the daily operations of an education consultancy, including student follow-ups, calls, data management, and record keeping. A pleasant personality, professional appearance, and comfort with on-camera presence are essential, as the position requires regular interaction with students and active participation in social media content.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit Reels, short videos, and other social media content.
- Enhance videos with engaging cuts, captions, transitions, music, and effects.
- Develop content tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Assist in planning and organizing video and content shoots.
- Conduct calls and follow-ups with students to provide timely information and support.
- Maintain and update student records using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Organize student information and application-related data accurately.
- Support the consultancy team with daily office activities.
- Represent the company professionally during student interactions and in video content.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Practical experience in video shooting and editing, especially for Reels and short-form videos.
- Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging in social media content creation.
- Pleasant personality with good grooming and professional presentation.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up abilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to multitask between creative content production and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in education consultancy, student counseling, or social media content creation is advantageous.
- The position offers a competitive basic salary ranging from PKR 32,000 to 40,000 per month, along with commission and incentives.
- This is a full-time, in-person role based in Lahore, Pakistan.
