Female Executive – After Sales Service

United Actros Developers is looking for a professional, experienced, and customer-focused female executive to join the After Sales Service Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in after-sales service, customer relations, or customer support, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle customer issues effectively while maintaining high satisfaction levels. The position is based in Bahria Town, Lahore, and involves working on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage after-sales services and provide comprehensive customer support.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage follow-up schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service to enhance client relationships.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in after-sales service, customer relations, or customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective customer handling skills.
