Female HR/Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female HR Manager/Trainer to oversee and lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in core HR functions combined with a solid understanding of digital operations, including Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Web Development. This role is based in Lahore and requires the candidate to work on-site within an international BPO environment. The position offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs75,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead all HR activities, ensuring smooth and efficient human resource operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge, particularly in HR and digital operations.
- Collaborate with digital teams to integrate HR strategies with SMM, SEO, and Web Development initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes to maintain a motivated and productive workforce.
- Monitor employee performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain effective communication across departments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources management, preferably within an international BPO setting.
- Strong knowledge of digital operations such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Web Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and training capabilities.
