Female International Sales Executive – Odoo ERP

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female International Sales Executive to join our team in Karachi. This full-time role involves generating qualified leads and sales opportunities specifically for Odoo ERP solutions. The successful candidate will engage with international businesses, understand their needs, present the benefits of Odoo ERP, and help drive sales growth. Fluency in English and prior experience in international sales are essential for this position. The role offers a morning shift schedule, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, a half-day on Saturdays, and Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Odoo ERP through various channels including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Reach out to international businesses and key decision-makers.
- Introduce and explain the advantages of Odoo ERP solutions.
- Identify potential ERP sales opportunities.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Address objections and build strong, lasting relationships with international clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in international sales.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive sales outreach.

- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 55,000 per month.
