Female Medical Assistant / Machine Operator

A reputable Aesthetic Clinic based in DHA, Karachi is urgently seeking a qualified Female Medical Assistant / Machine Operator to join their professional team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating various aesthetic machines and delivering exceptional patient care within a clinical environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of aesthetic machines including Laser, HydraFacial, and Radio Frequency (RF) devices with efficiency and safety.
- Assist in performing aesthetic and clinical procedures while ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and patient care standards.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to explain procedures, address any concerns, and ensure their comfort throughout the treatment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times within the clinical setting.
- Manage patient appointments and follow-up schedules with punctuality and responsibility.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Adhere to clinic protocols and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidate with at least a graduation degree.
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in a similar role within an aesthetic or clinical setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in operating Laser, HydraFacial, RF, and other aesthetic machines.
- Strong understanding of aesthetic procedures and clinical practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Confident and professional attitude with strong patient handling capabilities.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a professional clinical environment while strictly following safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Immediate availability to join the clinic is highly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
