The Female Medical Officer plays a key role in providing high-quality medical care to patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans. This position requires a thorough understanding of clinical diagnosis, patient care, medical documentation, and adherence to medical ethics. The role involves analyzing medical imaging and utilizing diagnostic algorithms to deliver precise medical evaluations. The Medical Officer is also responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate electronic health records to support ongoing patient management. In addition to clinical duties, this position includes leading and managing a team of five healthcare professionals. Effective leadership and coordination of the team are essential to ensure smooth operations within the medical facility, promote a patient-centered environment, and uphold standards of care. The successful candidate must hold an MBBS degree with valid PMDC certification and possess at least two years of experience in a relevant medical setting.
Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of five healthcare staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with other medical departments to facilitate seamless patient care delivery.
  • Promote continuous professional development for the team to stay updated with advances in medical science.
  • Handle medical documentation accurately, including case histories, prescriptions, and referral letters.
  • Participate in health education initiatives to promote wellness within the community.
