ZMT Primary Healthcare Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering accessible, affordable, and quality primary healthcare to underserved communities in Karachi, is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Female Medical Officer (MBBS). The organization’s mission focuses on reducing healthcare disparities by providing ethical, patient-centered care in a safe and supportive environment. The successful candidate will join a committed team to provide comprehensive primary medical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, preventive care, and referrals, following established clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose both acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications responsibly and in line with clinical guidelines.
- Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention, maternal health, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Participate actively in immunization and preventive healthcare programs.
- Identify cases that require specialist consultation or referral to higher-level healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing, pharmacy, and support staff.
- Adhere strictly to organizational clinical protocols and uphold high standards of patient care.
- Stay informed about current medical guidelines, best practices, and healthcare developments.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid PMDC License/Registration.
- Minimum of 3 years post-house-job clinical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a primary healthcare or healthcare setup.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a community-based healthcare environment.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice and quality care.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates residing near any of the following clinic locations are preferred, and applicants are encouraged to specify their nearest clinic in their application: Qazafi Town, Siddique Goth, Qasba Colony, Laasi Goth, Al-Karam (Landhi), Ittehad Town (Baldia), Pipri (Bin Qasim), Dir Colony, and Majeed Colony.

The position offers a full-time role with a monthly salary range of Rs 75,000 to Rs 85,000. Pick and drop services are provided to facilitate commuting. Candidates should be able to reliably commute within Karachi or be willing to relocate before starting work.
