We are looking for full-time female doctors to join our healthcare team in Karachi, Multan, Islamabad, and Sialkot. This role focuses exclusively on outpatient clinic work, with no involvement in inpatient procedures. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, consisting of 8-hour shifts, with flexible options for either day or evening hours. Candidates eligible for this opportunity include Medical Officers, House Officers, and retired Consultants. We provide a competitive base salary along with negotiable performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient medical care and consultations to patients efficiently.
- Manage patient cases within the outpatient setting, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Follow clinic protocols and adhere to professional medical standards at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a medical degree with a valid license to practice medicine.
- Female candidates only.
- Prior experience in outpatient care settings is essential.
- Open to Medical Officers, House Officers, and retired Consultants.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs80,000.
- Additional negotiable incentives based on individual performance.
- Full-time employment with a contract duration of 60 months.
- Work will be conducted in person at clinics located in Karachi, Multan, Islamabad, or Sialkot.
