We are seeking a confident and well-presented female candidate to join our team as Office Staff / Student Counselor at Global Links Consultant, located opposite Charlie Chaplin Mumtaz Market, Gujranwala. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding students and clients, managing daily office operations, and representing the organization with professionalism and courtesy. This full-time role demands excellent interpersonal skills and a polished appearance to maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and guidance to students and clients regarding services, admissions, and related procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients in person, over the phone, and through online platforms.
- Manage office tasks such as record keeping, documentation, and data entry.
- Assist in handling inquiries and converting leads into successful clients.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere within the office.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare reports and conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and progress.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidate (as per the role requirement).
- Minimum Intermediate education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-dressed and presentable with a professional attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and email handling.
- Ability to confidently and politely handle clients.
