Female Pharmacist/ Female PharmacyTechnician

We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Female Pharmacist or Female Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in retail pharmacy operations, including prescription interpretation, counter sales, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure smooth pharmacy operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prescription Reading & Product Knowledge: Accurately read and interpret prescriptions, demonstrating thorough knowledge of both branded and generic medicines. Ensure proper identification and handling of all pharmacy products.

- Counter Sales & Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and patient counseling at the pharmacy counter. Manage sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.

- Purchasing & Distribution: Handle procurement processes by coordinating with pharmaceutical distributors. Manage supply chain activities to maintain adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.

- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including systematic tracking of stock. Monitor near-expiry and expired products to minimize losses and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail pharmacy operations with a strong understanding of prescription reading and medication knowledge.

- Demonstrated ability in counter sales and patient counseling.

- Experience in purchasing, distribution, and supply chain management within a pharmacy setting.

- Competence in inventory control, including handling expired and near-expiry stock.

Job Details

- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

- Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month

- Work Location: On-site
