FEMALE PROJECT AMBASSADOR

We are seeking a confident, presentable, and camera-friendly female professional to join our team in Islamabad as a full-time representative for our real estate projects. This role involves creating engaging digital content and maintaining client communication to effectively promote our property developments. The position is office-based, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and is ideal for someone passionate about real estate and digital media.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company and its real estate projects on camera in a professional and engaging manner.
- Produce reels, videos, and other social media content following company-provided scripts and ideas.
- Film videos at various project sites and locations to showcase properties.
- Share selected content on personal Instagram accounts as well as V Marketing’s official social media platforms.
- Participate in podcasts, interviews, and project-related events to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage basic client inquiries through WhatsApp and phone communication.
- Identify and forward qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Support overall project promotion and contribute to increasing brand awareness.

Required Qualifications
- A presentable and confident personality with a natural on-camera presence.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Comfortable appearing in reels, videos, and podcasts.
- Genuine interest in real estate and digital content creation.
- Candidates based in Islamabad are preferred to facilitate on-site shoots and office presence.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This role does not involve sales targets; the focus is on content creation, project representation, and lead generation.
- Basic salary starting from PKR 35,000 per month.
- Additional earnings through sales commissions and incentives based on successful referrals.
- Travel allowance provided to support site visits and project-related activities.
- Work location is in-person at E-11/3 Markaz, Islamabad.
