Female Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and personable female receptionist to join our salon team located in Islamabad – DHA. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for the beauty industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient client interactions. A professional demeanor, good hospitality skills, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential to thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome salon clients warmly and professionally
- Manage client inquiries and appointments both in person and via phone or CRM systems
- Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain proper records
- Provide detailed information about salon and makeup services to clients
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth client flow and service delivery
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintain punctuality and demonstrate responsibility in daily work routines

Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within a salon or hospitality setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally
- Basic knowledge of salon and makeup services, showing genuine interest in the beauty industry
- Experience in cash handling and familiarity with CRM or similar software systems
- Well-presented, confident, and professional appearance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle client inquiries and concerns with tact and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Monthly salary range of PKR 48,000 to PKR 50,000
- Work location is onsite at the salon in Islamabad – DHA
