Female Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female Recruiter to join our team at Gulberg Green, Islamabad. This full-time position operates from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and requires a professional who is skilled in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring the timely placement of qualified candidates across multiple vacancies.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates to schedule interviews and conduct initial assessments.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
- Proven ability to source candidates efficiently and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Confidence in conducting initial interviews and professionally handling candidate interactions.
- Highly organized, responsible, and target-driven with a commitment to meeting recruitment goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 80,000.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Islamabad prior to starting work.
