Female Registered Nurse (PICU - Morning)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced female Staff Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. This position is for the morning shift, providing critical nursing care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced and specialized environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PICU nursing, demonstrating both clinical expertise and compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions closely and respond promptly to changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients’ families about care plans and post-discharge instructions.
- Adhere to infection control policies and maintain a safe clinical environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSCN) or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) registration.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working specifically in a PICU setting.

Shift and Location:
- Morning shift from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- The position is based at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13C.
- Work will be conducted in person at the healthcare facility.
