Female Sales Agents

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role requires engaging potential customers through outbound calls, promoting company services, and consistently meeting sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and thrive in a target-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company services
- Effectively close sales and achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the team to meet overall sales goals

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of experience in a call center or sales role
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills to engage and persuade customers
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication management
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- A target-oriented and motivated attitude to consistently meet sales objectives
