Female Sales Agents (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and supporting the company’s growth and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using the company’s system

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Intermediate / A-Level
- At least one year of experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred
- Good spoken English communication skills
- Strong sales abilities with persuasive communication
- Basic computer skills to operate CRM and related software

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
