Female Sales Intern (Night Shift – Onsite)

We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and confident female candidates to join our expanding international outreach team as Sales Associates. This entry-level position welcomes freshers and provides comprehensive, hands-on training to develop skills in communicating with international business clients, conducting online market research, and booking qualified sales appointments. Candidates with decent spoken and written English, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work onsite during night hours will thrive in this role. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Search and gather verified business contacts using online tools, LinkedIn, and company directories.
- Assist in sending outbound messages, follow-up emails, and making introductory calls to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the team lead to schedule calls and meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain daily tracking sheets with call notes, client responses, and appointment details.
- Participate actively in daily training sessions to enhance pitching and negotiation skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Intermediate level (FA, FSc, ICS, I.Com) or A-Levels. Fresh candidates, undergraduates, and gap-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Language Skills: Good command of English, with clear verbal communication and competent writing abilities.
- Availability: Must be able to work onsite during night shifts without exceptions.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with fundamental computer operations, web browsing, and using simple spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or Excel.
- Attitude: Punctual, motivated by sales targets and incentives, and eager to learn and grow professionally.

Compensation:
The monthly salary ranges from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 25,000, depending on performance and experience.
