Female Sales Manager

The successful candidate will lead the sales team, manage client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth in the residential, commercial, and investment property sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market demands.
- Handle client inquiries, conduct meetings, and oversee property transactions from start to finish.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality client service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
- Promote a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and investment properties.
