Female Sales Representative - Software

We are seeking a confident, professional, and motivated female Sales Representative to promote our Clinic Management Software. The role involves visiting clinics and medical centers to demonstrate the software directly to doctors and clinic owners. Comprehensive training on the software will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to present its features and benefits effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clinics and medical centers to introduce and demonstrate the software.
- Use a laptop to showcase the software’s features and functionalities.
- Clearly explain the benefits of the product and work towards converting prospects into paying customers.
- Follow up with interested doctors and clinic owners to nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, demonstrations, and sales activities.
- Assist with basic customer onboarding and coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new users.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Basic proficiency in using computers and laptops.
- Confidence in presenting software solutions to doctors and clinic staff.
- Willingness to travel locally to visit clinics and medical centers.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to use a personal laptop for demonstrations is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Having an electric bike for local visits is optional but may be advantageous.
- Compensation includes a base salary with additional incentives: PKR 1,500 for each matured sale, in accordance with the company’s sales policy.
- Total monthly pay can be up to PKR 30,000 depending on performance.
- The position requires in-person work at various clinic locations.
