Female Social Media Executive & Content Specialist

Creator Biz is seeking a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Female Social Media Manager to enhance and expand our brand presence across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is based at our Wapda Town office and offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with strong digital portfolios or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, community engagement, and creative strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and implement monthly social media content calendars for all official brand channels.
- Craft engaging captions, headlines, and short-form copy in both English and Urdu.
- Collaborate closely with design and video editing teams to create high-quality graphics, reels, shorts, and video content.
- Monitor daily audience engagement, respond professionally to comments and direct messages.
- Analyze social media insights, reach, and engagement metrics to optimize content performance.
- Stay informed about viral trends, popular hashtags, and new social media tools to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong digital portfolio or candidates with 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English.
- Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing applications such as CapCut or Premiere Pro (knowledge of video editing tools is a plus).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and alignment with current trends.
- Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented work approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of PKR 40,000.
