Female Social Media Manager

Digicraft is looking for a motivated and energetic Female Social Media & SEO Executive to join our team in Bahadurabad, Karachi. This full-time, onsite position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to manage and grow our social media platforms while enhancing SEO performance. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about contributing to the expansion of our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Develop and oversee engaging content tailored to each social media platform.
- Plan and implement social media calendars and campaigns to increase audience engagement.
- Conduct SEO keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
- Monitor Google rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance metrics regularly.
- Utilize Google Search Console and Google Analytics to track and report on key performance indicators.
- Create and execute strategies to boost organic traffic and user engagement.
- Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and social media marketing.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidate residing in Karachi.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management.
- Proven knowledge of SEO, including both On-Page and Off-Page techniques.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and effective content strategies.
- Basic proficiency in Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- The role is based onsite in Bahadurabad, Karachi, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- The monthly salary range is Rs35,000 to Rs50,000.
