Female Sports Officer (Part time)

Kashana Homes, located in Township, Lahore, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Part-Time Sports Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing sports activities that encourage a healthy lifestyle and teamwork among the female children residing at Kashana. This role involves creating an engaging and supportive environment where children can develop their physical skills and enjoy participating in various sports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a range of sports activities tailored to the interests and abilities of the children.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates participation and skill growth.
- Evaluate and monitor the physical fitness levels of the children, designing activities to improve their overall well-being.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all participants during sports sessions.
- Collaborate effectively with other staff members to organize sports events and competitions.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience working with children in sports or educational settings is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and inspire children.
- Ability to actively participate in sports and demonstrate various techniques.
- Physically fit and capable of leading by example.

Employment Details:
This is a part-time position requiring availability from Monday to Saturday for four hours each day during the second half of the day. The role is based on-site at Kashana Homes in Township, Lahore. The monthly compensation ranges from Rs25,000 to Rs30,000.
