Female Technical Project Manager

GeekyBugs, a forward-thinking IT services company known for delivering innovative technical solutions, is seeking a skilled Female Technical Project Manager to join its team. With 1-2 years of experience in the IT services sector, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring that projects meet client expectations and business goals. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, designers, and clients to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and strong project management skills to maintain GeekyBugs’ reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire project management process from initiation through to closure, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and scope, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Allocate resources effectively, including team members and equipment, based on project needs and technical skills.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or obstacles early, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges clearly to internal teams and external clients, promoting transparency and managing expectations.
- Conduct regular meetings to ensure alignment, track progress, and gather feedback from team members and clients.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring all adjustments are documented and communicated to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and applying best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 2 years of technical experience in an IT services company, with exposure to software development, system integration, or related fields.
- Proven success in managing and delivering technical projects on time and within scope.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Project management certification is considered an advantage.
