Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential commercial and residential customers.
- Present Mason1’s solar and energy solutions with confidence and clarity.
- Clearly explain product features and sales processes to prospects.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and drive sales closures.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and update call records accurately.
- Address client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and adhere to deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- A target-oriented mindset focused on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous.
