Female Urdu Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Urdu teacher for the Montessori section at our DHA Campus in Karachi. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Urdu or a related field and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant teaching experience. This role requires a strong command of Urdu grammar and literature, along with a passion for promoting the Urdu language and culture. The candidate should be capable of maintaining class discipline while demonstrating effective interpersonal and communication skills. This is a full-time, in-person position within an Islamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate Urdu lessons to Montessori students.
- Foster a positive learning atmosphere that encourages curiosity and respect for the Urdu language and culture.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Continuously develop teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning experiences.
- Uphold the values and principles of the institution’s Islamic environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Urdu or a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in early childhood or Montessori education.
- Strong knowledge of Urdu grammar and literature.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discipline and manage a classroom effectively.
